“In my past life in the US Army, I flew UH-60 Black Hawks and CH-47D Chinooks in various sandy locations.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, dable in holistic nutrition, CrossFit Cedar Park coach, and enjoy participating in the competitive CrossFit circuit.
I have a BS in Biological Science from Ohio University and am pursuing Graduate Studies in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise and Sport Psychology, at the University of Texas- Austin.”
