SuperStrong Improvement



The First Graduating Class of SuperStrong finished up yesterday and what an amazing experience.

8 weeks ago the first class started with virtually a PR in every lift which really set the bar high.

Grueling strength workouts and a super positive energy combined to create an atmosphere of success

with this group.  Over the course of 8 weeks, the difficulties  of fitting 4 days of strength training work

into 2 nights was overcome through sheer dedication by these phenomenal athletes.  They pushed

their envelopes and overcame failure after failure until they all proved successful.

They never shied away from a task no matter how daunting.  Whether it was band squats,

chains, negative tempo deadlifts, rope pull ups, resistance push ups.

multiple deadliest at 95% of max or even the airdyne!

Each and everyone of these athletes became stronger mentally and physically.

The average increase of CrossFit Total over 8 weeks was nearly 50lbs!  Phenomenal work gang.
