5x 100 meter sprints with 90 second sendoffs (start the sprint every 90 seconds)

WOD

For time

50 kb swings (1.5 and 1)

then

5 rounds of
10 burpees
20 steps lunges

Mobility
Press ups
Angels
Pigeon
Calf stretch
