to go back and see where they started.



Mobility yourself
Press up
Int/ext rotation
Wrist stretch and circles
The Bear Complex



Barbell bear
One round requires performing the Bear Complex 7 times without resting. (letting the bar rest on the ground)

Bear Complex
7 Circuits Equals One Round
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

You may rest at any point EXCEPT  with the barbell on the ground Unless it is between rounds

5 total rounds is a complete workout.
