The crew got to head back to Coach Burgener’s gym today www.mikesgym.org

Wladi, Sam and Dave works front squats and cleans. Sam PR’d her front squat at 121lbs and Wlad’s was 319lbs – way to go guys. Robin with her gimpy foot was give a row ball slam wod. Looking forward to being at the Santa Monica beach at 7am for the Individual Wod. Look for pictures on the facebook.

From the games 08

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster (65 pound for women)
Pull-ups (chest must hit the bar to count)

Rest.

5 rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps (185 pounds for women)
