ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!

Kids Speed & Agility Training is kicking off again with a new coach. Coach Victoria Goldstein is taking over the class starting Monday. Class is for 7-12 year old kids and is M-F at 4pm. If you would like to have your kiddo try out the class, email robin@crossfitcp.com
CLASS TIME CHANGE – Starting next week, the Clinic evening classes are changing times. We are shifting 1/2 hour back to 5:30pm and 6:30pm (instead of 5pm & 6pm) We hope that this will allow both our CrossFitters and our patients to have ample space in our facility.

Open Gym – 9:30am at the 609 Box – Coach Kelli Middleton will be bringing the WOD.

“Dumbbell Bear”

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes perform the following:

5 Dumbbell Deadlifts

5 Dumbbell Hang Cleans

5 Dumbbell Thrusters

Loading should be 45% of your bodyweight.
