New Year’s Resolutions Anyone?

Who still makes New Year’s Resolutions? Is a resolution really the same thing as a commitment?

CrossFit Cedar Park has 30 people making a COMMITMENT to their health starting January 8th. The first annual I DO THE IMPOSSIBLE Challenge kicks off with a goal setting seminar and benchmark workout. Our coaches will be guiding these people to achieve success. In 8 weeks we will see people transform their lives, meet their goals and hopefully be able to put checkmarks next to their New Year’s Resolutions.
