We’ve heard some statements from our clients that they are too small to lift big weights (ladies?) I’m linking a great inspirational video for you to check out. It is Kallista Pappas. In this video, she is 14 years old, weights 103lbs, and is squat clean and jerking 100lbs 30 times. Check out her technique and drive.
