  1. 2 years ago is "old school" ?! I'm still jamming to the beats from the 90's on my ipod. Does this mean I'm sweatin' to the oldies?

    But it is hard to believe that is where the CrossFit games started. They really do ramp it up every year. I fear for my life this year!
